Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure a smooth and trackable return process.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned electronics, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
